Please come and join us for some creative fun and ‘autaratara’ - relaxing chat and painting time with exhibiting Cook Island artist and author Clinton Hewett. Hewett shares his passion for historic and contemporary narratives through his paintings in the current show ‘Nākirokiro’anga’ and shares his experiences of the Cook Island diaspora and integration in Aotearoa. Explore your own creative storytelling through paint and printing and share your own narratives visually together.
All you need is an apron or a garment that you won’t mind getting a little messy!
